All orders placed on the site are guaranteed to be secure transactions. Confirmation of your order is emailed to you instantly and a second email will follow after the order has been received to advise you that the order has shipped. Orders generally ship within 7-10 business days.

Shipping is handled by UPS Ground and is included in the price that appears when the item is added to the shopping cart. In the unlikely event that there is shipping damage, call us at once. We will have a new item sent to you and issue a call tag to have the damaged one picked up. It is important that you save and use all of the original packing. IMPORTANT: Open and inspect all items as soon as you receive them. Some methods of shipping have a very short time frame in which to make a claim.

Return Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may send it back for a refund . However, you must call or email to arrange a return confirmation before you ship the item back, so that we can insure you are shipping it to the correct address. The easiest way to arrange a return is by email at lisa@everwoodteak.com. This allows us to track your return and make sure you receive your credit. Items must be returned in the original packaging in good condition with all parts to receive a refund. Customers are responsible for paying the original shipping charges and the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse. An additional $5.00 will be charged for restocking each item.
