Everwood Teak Policies!

Shipments

  1. Open and inspect all shipments promptly. The driver is required to wait while you inspect the goods.
  2. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, WRITE "damaged" on the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy of the delivery receipt.
  3. KEEP the damaged goods and packing! DO NOT REFUSE THEM!
  4. Notify Everwood Teak immediately and promptly fax the copy of the delivery receipt to Everwood Teak at 800-346-1895 so a claim can be filed.

Any damage noted after the delivery receipt has been signed cannot be claimed and are subject to Everwood Teak's warranty policy.

Returns

All returns require prior authorization. Restocking charges may apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Special Orders

All special orders require payment in full and that payment is non-refunable. Special Orders cannot be returned. VISA, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Call Everwood Teak for more information.

Dimensions

Due to the hand crafted nature of our products, all measurements are approximate.

Prices

Call us to request a current price list and shipping charges. All prices are subject to change.

Cushions

Cushions are custom made. They require a 50% non-refundable deposit and full payment prior to shipping. Cushions cannot be returned.

Terms

All initial orders require payment prior to shipping. Everwood Teak accepts credit applications and extend terms.
